The worldwide licence applies to sales in allmarkets covered by Color Kinetics' patent portfolio. The agreement also providesColor Kinetics with access to Dialight's patents as they may relate toenhancements to Color Kinetics' technology. Dialight Corporation specialises in the application of LED-based lightingtechnology and has a broad range of expertise that enables its OEM partners todevelop complete LED-based lighting solutions.
