The Company has been notified that Bill Ronald, Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £7.20 per share on 26 August 2011. Following this transaction Bill Ronald now holds a total of 13,500 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company. This notification was received by the Company on 26 August 2011 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
