The Company has been notified that, on 9 January 2018 Stephen Bird, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').
Following the Transaction, Stephen Bird now holds a total of 38,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
This notification was received by the Company on 9 January 2018 and was made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and Disclosure Transparency Rules.
