Director change

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces that Wai Kuen Chiang will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and as an executive director of the Company on account of her relocation to Singapore for personal reasons. She will not seek election as a director at the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting (19 May 2021) and will cease being Chief Financial Officer on 30 June 2021. The Company will commence a search for a successor and Wai Kuen will work with the Company on a smooth transition.

The board of directors wishes to thank Wai Kuen for her contributions to the Group and wishes her well on her return to Singapore.
