Appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer

Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fryer as interim Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the Group with effect from 6 January 2025. Mark is a qualified accountant and experienced CFO, and has previously held roles with, and has been a director of, Augean Limited (previously Augean plc), Franchise Brands plc and Anexo Group plc.

There are no further matters to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.8R.
