Directorate change
Dialight plc announces that Mark Fryer has stepped down from his position as Group Finance Director and Board Member with immediate effect.
Β
A search for a successor has commenced and an acting Finance Director will be appointed for the interim period. Mark will remain with the Company until the end of March 2014 in order to ensure an orderly handover of his duties.

The Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to Dialight over the past three and a half years and wishes him well for the future.
