The Company has been notified that on 19 November 2012 Bob Lambourne, Acting Senior Independent Director, sold a personal holding of 1,000 shares of Β£0.0189 each in the Company at a price of Β£10.43 per share. On the same date 4,000 shares were purchased into Mr Lambourne's SIPP at a price of Β£10.45 per share. Bob Lambourne now holds a total of 4,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. Both transactions took place on 19 November 2012.
