Roxboro Group PLC01 September 2005 The Roxboro Group PLC - Director Declaration 1 September 2005 Disclosure of Directors' Details The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics group, announcedon 25 August 2005 the proposed appointments of Roy Burton as Group ChiefExecutive and Cathy Buckley as Group Finance Director. These appointments areconditional upon completion of the disposal of the Solartron Group to Ametekwhich was announced on 25 August 2005. Save as detailed below, there are no matters to be disclosed in respect of theseappointments under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules. Prior to joining The Roxboro Group PLC in 2002, Mr. Burton was a director ofCoraza Systems Inc. which made a bankruptcy filing under Chapter 11 in March2002.
