Dialight Japan begins trading

Dialight plc, the innovative global leader in LED lighting technology, is pleased to confirm that further to its announcement on 14 June 2011 its acquisition of the assets and contracts of I-Spec Limited, its Japanese distributor, has completed and that trading as Dialight Japan KK has commenced with immediate effect.
