Further to the audited results announcement made on 27 February 2017, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do:
1. Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Annual Report and Accounts 2016");
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on Thursday, 20 April 2017; and
3. A form of proxy for the AGM to be held on 20 April 2017.
The Annual Report and Accounts 2016 and the Notice of the 2017 AGM can also be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.
