 Dialight plc Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

Further to the audited results announcement made earlier today, a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 (the "2017 Annual Report") has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do. The 2017 Annual Report can also now be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 17 April 2018. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be made available to shareholders on 2 March 2018.
