Diversified Gas & Oil PLC, the US based gas and oil producer, announces that it has been notified that yesterday, Martin Thomas and David Johnson, Non-executive Directors of the Company, have each purchased 33,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 74.68 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases of Ordinary Shares, Martin Thomas is interested in a total of 2,033,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.40% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and David Johnson is interested in a total of 133,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
