Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces that it has been notified that David Johnson, Non-executive Chairman, yesterday acquired 70,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 103.323p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Johnson is now interested in 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
