Completion of acquisition of certain gas and oil assets of Titan Energy, LLC (the "Acquisition")
Diversified Gas & Oil PLC, the US based gas and oil producer, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of $72.8 million of assets from the total $84.2 million of assets that comprise the Acquisition.
The remaining $11.4 million of assets are held within a public partnership structure which will be transferred to the Company after Completion, on or before 30 September 2017. A further announcement will be made once the Acquisition of the remaining assets has been completed.
