Director Share Dealings
DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to electric mobility and energy storage, announces that the Company has been informed of a sale and subsequent purchase of an equivalent value of ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Trevor Gabriel, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, in order to transfer ownership from Disruptech Limited, a company owned by him, to his personal holding.
On 2 January 2024, Disruptech Limited sold 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares for a total consideration of approximately £21,600 and on 4 January 2024 Trevor Gabriel purchased 11,191,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name for a similar total consideration.
Following this sale and purchase, Trevor Gabriel's holding in the Company has increased and he is now beneficially interested in 332,752,664 Ordinary Shares equating to approximately 3.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
