Final Block Listing Return and Cancellation of Block Listing
DG Innovate plc has previously made block listing applications in respect of 2 tranches of warrants. The Company today confirms that it has cancelled its block listing and that no shares have or will be allotted pursuant to the block listing.
The block listing application which was applied for on 10 February 2023, was for 368,333,333 ordinary shares in respect of the potential exercise of 0.18 pence warrants. As all these warrants remain unexercised, and in light of the Company's intention to transition to the AIM Market and the prevailing share price, the Company has made the decision to cancel the block listing. No shares have or will be allotted pursuant to this block listing.
These warrants remain exercisable until the end of January 2025, and should valid notice of exercise be received then the Company will issue, allot and seek admission for such ordinary shares issued as these occur in the normal course.
The earlier block listing application which was applied for on 9 April 2021, was for 1,620,800,000 ordinary shares in respect of the potential exercise of 0.25 pence warrants. The issue of 5,000,000 0.25 pence warrants, as announced on 17 April 2024, was made outside of this block listing. These warrants have now lapsed, and no shares have or will be allotted pursuant to this block listing.
