Publication of Final Terms

The Final Terms dated 1 October 2025 relating to the issuance by Diageo Finance plc ("the Issuer") of (i) EUR 500,000,000 3.250% Fixed Rate Instruments due 3 October 2032, and (ii) EUR 500,000,000 3.750% Fixed Rate Instruments due 3 October 2037 (together the "Instruments"), guaranteed by Diageo plc (the "Guarantor") are available for viewing.

The Instruments have been issued under the European Debt Issuance Programme established by the Issuer and the Guarantor (the "Programme").

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 20 August 2025 in relation to the Programme (the "Base Prospectus").
