DFS Furniture plc (the "Group"), the market leading retailer of living room and upholstered furniture in the United Kingdom, today announces that, further to the Group's announcement on 22 November 2024 regarding Marie Wall's appointment as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective from 2 December 2024, Marie joined the Board as an executive director with effect from 20 January 2025.

Marie has previously held senior finance roles at Imperial Brands, Wolseley and Dixons Carphone.

This announcement satisfies DFS' disclosure obligations in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.8.
