DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')total Voting RightsIn compliance with DTR 5.6.1 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:-As at 31st October 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,350,200,243 ordinary shares with voting rights of one vote per share.
