DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED
PUBLICATION OF 2009 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.dairyfarmgroup.com, its Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31st December 2009 (the 'Annual Report').
A printed copy of the Annual Report, together with the notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, are today being posted to shareholders.
Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the UK Financial Services Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
The information required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 is included in the preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31st December 2009 made by the Company on 4th March 2010 and in the Annual Report.
