Purchase of Ordinary Shares by a Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH) announces it was today informed that Carl D'Ammassa bought ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 April 2024. The shares were purchased using the funds accumulated and withdrawn under the June 2022 Save as You Earn scheme.
