Purchase of Ordinary Shares by a Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
On 23 February 2021, the Company was informed that, on that day, John Baines, Chairman, sold 202,698 Ordinary Shares from a dealing account at a price of 62 pence per share and then purchased 202,698 Ordinary Shares into an ISA account held by him at a price of 62 pence per share. As a result of this sale and repurchase John Baines' interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
