Bank Licence Re-submission Confirmation

Further to the Company's announcement on 31 July 2019, DFC confirms that it has today re-submitted its Bank licence application following Board approval.

As previously notified, the company's interim results are expected to be released on 19 September 2019, at which point the Company will give further guidance on the licence application process.
