("DF Capital" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH), a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, announces the issuance of awards under the terms of the Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plcĀ performance share plan ("PSP") to certain Directors of the Company.Ā
The PSP awards are part of a three year retention and incentive plan for a small number of senior managers in the Company and the total awards will not exceed 2,000,000 shares in aggregate. The PSP award will vest three years from the date of grant, at no cost to the participant, in accordance with the rules of the PSP, provided that the participant remains in employment of the Company at the vesting date.
