Dev Clever (LSE: DEV), a leading developer of online and immersive career guidance and development platforms and consumer engagement experiences, is pleased to report that, further to the announcement of 25 February 2021, Intrinsic Capital Jersey Limited ("ICJL") has conditionally subscribed for the remaining 30 million new ordinary shares at 10p per ordinary share as detailed under the agreement signed with the Company on 13 May 2020. The subscription is subject to the publication by the Company of a prospectus approved by the FCA by a revised back stop date of 31 March 2021 or such later date agreed by ICJL and the Company.
