Total Voting Rights

As a result of the issue of 1,910,828 shares at £1.57 each to China Medical Venture Investments, which raised £3 million for the Company, and which was announced on 1 December 2017, the Company announces that, pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 43,562,598, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,562,598.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
