Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 25 October 2013 that Ewan Phillips, Chief Executive has acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Following the above purchase, Ewan Phillips owns 1,609,773 ordinary shares representing 0.98% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 6 November 2013.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 164,970,667.
