Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified today that one of its ex-employees has acquired 1,583,696 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 1,583,696 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 5 January 2010.
Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 126,914,336.
