Deltex Medical Group PLC14 June 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc Additional Listing Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company") has been notified today that a formeremployee has acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 15 penceper ordinary share as the result of the exercise of an option under theCompany's Executive Share Option Scheme. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued sharesof the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 21 June 2007.
