Deltex Medical Group plc was notified on 27 June 2014 that an employee has acquired 221,907 ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options under the Company's 2003 and 2013 Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes.
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 4 July 2014.
Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 212,579,496.
