Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 21 May 2021, Martin Thomas, Non- Executive Vice Chair of the Company's Board of Directors, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 111.60 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr. Thomas is now interested in 2,165,000 Ordinary Shares, which will represent approximately 0.255% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital following admission of the Fundraising Shares, which is expected to occur on 25 May 2021.
