Board change
As announced on 19 April 2018, Martina King, Independent Non-Executive Director, has today stepped down from the Board of Debenhams plc having completed three full terms.
The Chairman thanked Martina for her contribution to the Board during her nine years' service.
Nicky Kinnaird, appointed to the board in November 2016 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, replaces Martina as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
