DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, confirms that on 3 October 2013 the Company was notified that Mr. Nicholas Brigstocke, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary 1p shares of the Company at an average purchase price of 5.6875 in transactions occurring between 1 October and 3 October 2013 (together the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Brigstocke's interest in the Company stands at 1,807,045 Ordinary Shares or approximately 1.3% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
