DDD Group PLC07 July 2006 7 July 2006 DDD GROUP PLC GRANT OF OPTIONS DDD Group plc ("the Company") announces the grant* of options over 694,655ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the executiveDirector and certain employees of the Company. The options have an exerciseprice of 13p per Ordinary Share.
