Block Listing Application

DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD, OTCQX: DDDGY, the "Company"), the 3D solutions company, announces that an application has been made in respect of a block listing of 33,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 11 April 2013.

The Block Listing Shares represent approximately 0.1% of the current issued share capital of the Company and will be available to satisfy the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares that were granted under the 5 January 2011 share option plan with an exercise price of 17.5p. On exercise, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
