Director's Shareholding

The Board of DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, announces that Paul Loudon, Chief Executive has informed the Company today that on 19 October 2011 he acquired 70,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company at an average price of 6.4 pence per share.

Further to Mr Loudon's participation in the placing as announced on 19 October 2011 ("the Placing") and the purchase of shares detailed above, Mr Loudon is now interested in a total of 2,958,052 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company, which represents approximately 1.22% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the Placing.
