Director's Dealings

DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, was notified on 6th December 2013 that on the same day, Euan Worthington, Chairman of the Company, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Euan noted that, "at the annual Mines and Money conference in London last week, the diamond sector was highlighted as one commodity with a bright future and I have great confidence that South Africa will build on the incredible legacy that has been created by Nelson Mandela".

Following this purchase, Mr Worthington holds 1,387,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and £100,000 of convertible loan notes issued in 2012.
