The Board of DCI received notification on 25 August 2023 that Mr Benjamin Hurst, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Mr Sean Hurst, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 109,193 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of £0.0457 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Benjamin Hurst has a beneficial interest in 109,193 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.012% of the Company's issued share capital.
