The Board of DCI have received notification on 07 August 2023 that Mr Sean Hurst, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, had purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 4.34 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Hurst has a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
