Total Voting Rights & Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Dairy Crest Group plc hereby notifies the market that today, 1 October 2012, the total number of voting rights in the company is 135,815,416 and the total number of shares in issue is 135,815,416, each with a nominal value of 25p.

This figure includes 2,423,362 shares which have been issued today on the maturity of the Company's 2009 SAYE share option scheme, to satisfy options exercised by employees under the scheme.

No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure (135,815,416) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Dairy Crest Group plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules.
