Dairy Crest Group PLC16 January 2007 Dairy Crest Group - Director Shareholding Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") has been informed that Mr M Allen, adirector of the Company, today exercised 12,959 options granted to him under theDairy Crest Long Term Incentive Share Plan in 2001 at nil cost. Following the exercise of options Mr M Allen sold 5,359 shares at a price of647p per share retaining 7,600 shares - 250 in his own name and 7,350 in hiswife's name.
