Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company")
A listing application has been made for 4,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respect with the existing issue ordinary shares of the Company.
The application comprises a block listing for 4,000 ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Dairy Crest Deferred Bonus Plan 2004. It is expected admission of these ordinary shares will become effective at 8:00am on Monday 23 July 2018.
