Directorate changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Neil Armstrong McMyn and Mr Andrew James Lindley are to join the board of DCD as non-executive directors with immediate effect. John Cusins and Tarik Wildman are stepping down from the board at the same time.

Andrew Lindley, age 41, qualified as a solicitor in 1999. Neil McMyn, age 43 and a qualified chartered accountant, is the chief financial officer of Tavistock Europe, an international private investment organisation. Sammy Nourmand, chief executive officer, said that "DCD would like to thank John and Tarik for their contribution to the Company which is much appreciated. At the same time, DCD is delighted to welcome non-executive directors of the calibre of Andrew and Neil to the Board."
