In the first sentence, the number of Ordinary Shares for which application hasbeen made has been changed to the correct figure of 10,612,900. DCD Media plc (the "Company") Block lisitng Application has been made to AIM for the block listing of 10,612,900 ordinaryshares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares willbe issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingissued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
