Digital Classics PLC22 February 2006 Digital Classics plc ("the Company") Block Listing Application Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company announces that ithas made a block listing application for up to 512,820,513 ordinary shares of0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. The block listing applicationrelates to the 512,820,513 Ordinary Shares that may be issued pursuant to theconversion of Loan Notes issued to the Company for the acquisition of NBDTelevision and Box TV by Highbridge Capital LLC, Omicron Master Trust, CranshireCapital L.P. and Iroquois Capital L.P. ("the Investors"), as announced on 9December 2006. The Loan Notes are convertible into Ordinary Shares at a rate of0.78p for each Ordinary Share, subject to adjustment, at the option of theInvestors. On exercise, all the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existingissued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
