Exercise of Sharesave Options
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Dixons Carphone plc (the 'Company') announces that Katie Bickerstaffe and Humphrey Singer have both exercised a three-year option granted in 2013 under Dixons Retail plc's Sharesave Plan 2008 over 601 ordinary shares of the Company, at an option price of 209.35 pence per share. The shares have been retained and these directors' respective holdings in the Company's shares are below:
