Polemos (AIM: PLMO), further to the announcement of 14 March 2018, publishes the following information in connection with the proposed 100:1 share consolidation. The information below relates to the post share consolidation Ordinary Shares:

Should the share consolidation be approved by Shareholders at the General Meeting on 3 April it is expected that trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00am on 4 April 2018.
