Mr Daniel Chick is the former Chief Technology Officer of Internet Business Group plc which was acquired by TMN in February this year. The sale of shares by Mr chick has been agreed to under the terms of the lock in agreement entered into by Mr Chick and the Company at the time of the acquisition. Mr Chicks remaining shares will remain subject to the terms of the lock in agreement under which Mr Chick must not dispose of 62.5 per cent or more of the consideration shares received by him at the time of the acquisition (inclusive of those shares sold today) during the period beginning 3 July 2008 and ending 31 December 2008.
