Darktrace Regulatory News (DARK)

Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 24 September 2024 in relation to Darktrace (UK): Constituent Deletion, please note the replacements within fixed indices.

Subject to completion and following the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Darktrace (UK, constituent) by Luke Bidco Ltd (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Darktrace (UK, BNYK8G8) will be deleted from the FTSE 100 Index.

British Land Co. (UK, 0136701) will be added to the FTSE 100 Index and deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

NCC Group (UK, B01QGK8) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 01 October 2024.
