Recognised Member Status

The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN.L), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, is delighted to announce that, following the Company's intention to establish a presence in the Middle East and having applied for Recognised Member Status to the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA"), it has received In Principle Approval for  Recognition by the DFSA to Article 61 of the Regulatory Law, DIFC Law No 1 of 2004*.
